Established in 2004 by BRDC historic sports car racer Rupert Whyte, Britain’s only gallery dedicated to historic motoring art has a large selection of automotive fine art and posters which are available for viewing at our gallery in Derbyshire or on the website (although the website inventory is by no means all-inclusive).

It includes fine art and sculpture from some of Europe’s leading automotive artists such as: John Ketchell, Peter Hearsey, Graham Bosworth, Paul Dove, Nicholas Watts, Sheridon Davies, Xavier Lavictoire, François Chevalier, Roy Putt, Craig Warwick, Barry Rowe, Chris Davis, Gary Smith and many others.

Commissions are also available, as are original vintage race posters, original early 20th Century lithographs by Ernest Montaut, Geo Ham, Georges Meunier and limited edition prints. If you are after a specific painting, poster or print by any artist please do contact us.

Items may be ordered via internet, e-mail , telephone or fax. Payment can be made using any major credit and debit cards including American Express. You may also pay by Paypal, Nochex or cheque (GBP only). Historic Car Art also provides publishing and commercial agency services to artists. We are publishers for the highly respected John Ketchell (MSIA, GMA) and Sheridon Davies (GMA).
