Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, paypal or bank transfer. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo (UK) and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling All shipments made by Historic Car Art are insured and those over £40 in value are tracked (Royal Mail or UPS) and require a signature on receipt.

For large or high value shipment quotes please contact us. You are also welcome to collect goods from our gallery.
The maximum insurance claim for Goods damaged or lost in transit shall be equal to the invoice value (UK and EU) or Customs paperwork and declaration value (outside EU).
For clients wishing to arrange their own shipment on UPS, FedEx, DHL please contact us with your account details. A professional packaging fee will be charged, and the shipment and insurace will be the sole responsibility of the client.
Historic Car Art cannot be held responsible for delays due to the couriers or postal service.
Historic Car Art cannot be held responsible in any way for delays due to Customs nor for any damage to Goods during, or as a result of, inspection by Customs.

| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order as quickly as possible. We often dispatch same or next day and we will normally send your order to you within 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days. |

| Tax Charges There is no VAT added to your order. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, and Goods returned to Historic Car Art as a result of non-payment of duties and taxes will not be deemed a return for refund. The Goods will remain in the possession of Historic Car Art until further shipment is arranged at the receivers expense at which time the Goods will be re-exported. In the case that contact or payment is not made within 12 months of the return then the Goods will be deemed unwanted and title shall revert to Historic Car Art, at which time the Goods may be resold |
