Our Jochen Rindt Art Collection
Our Jochen Rindt Art Collection celebrates the drives of this acclaimed racing driver with limited edition prints and original paintings from top motoring artists. Rare original race posters often feature in our collections as we source them for enthusiasts, investors and collectors .
Jochen Rindt was born in Germany in 1942 and raced for Austria owing to his mother being Austrian and being brought up by his Austrian grandparents after his parents early deaths in the war. His first Grand Prix was in Austria in 1964 and he later secured drives for Cooper, Brabham and Lotus, winning his first race in the 1969 United States Grand Prix. During a successful 1970 season he was tragically killed during practice at Monza. He was subsequently posthumously crowned world champion, the only driver ever to have done so.
