Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, or within 28 days of receipt for an exchange. Goods must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as sold. All returns must be pre-authorised in writing or by email. Regretfully shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Return shipping and insurance costs are also the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that all returned goods are insured and sent with tracking. Until we receive your return to our Returns Office, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
Quoted for bespoke items, goods produced or sourced to order, vintage items viewed in detail by email may not normally be returned.
We'll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. This will take up to 7 days.
Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
